Anybody who owns rentals, guesthouses, unusual rentals, boat or hotel room.

How can we hand the keys of our vacation rental?

You can give them to us if you are near Avignon or Aix en Provence or Marseille or Saint Tropez, or send them to us by mail, and we will send you a receipt.

Do we have to be at the property during the first meeting?

No, Groomlidays can contact you by phone and/or email and carry out your instructions.

What cities are covered by your Concierge services?

At this time, our teams work in Aix En Provence, Avignon and the whole coast from Marseille to Saint Tropez. Each month we add new cities in France and maybe overseas, please check with us.

Who works at Groomlidays?

Our teams are comprised of people with lots of experience in each of their fields (Reception, cleaning, laundry, gardening, security, repairs, housekeeping, pool work etc.). The employees are hired after strict interviews, we check their expertise and profiles. We stress professionalism, energy and discretion.

I would like to reserve a cleaning for the day after tomorrow, is that possible?

We are ready to meet our customer’s requirements, that is why we are at your place in 48 hours.

Sure, you can reserve your services for the entire season, an entire year or just a day

I do not have a credit card, can I pay for the service using a different form of payment?

All forms of payments are accepted (credit card, check, wire and cash)

Who can exchange?

Only owners of properties in France and abroad.

What can be exchanged?

All rentals (apartments, houses, cottages, guest houses, castles, huts, yurts, bubbles, lodgings etc.) when they are not rented out and reserved by vacationers.

How does the exchange work?

The idea is to exchange lodgings for free between owners.

Can I exchange my house with another owner on different dates?

Yes, all you have to do is to agree on the dates.

Do I have to write up a contract?

It is better to sign a contract with our "exchanger". There are several types of contracts online.

I would like to exchange my property just for a weekend, is that possible?

Yes, you can exchange your property for a specified length of time and according to the dates that work for you.
